Tucked in the seaside of Montecito, this residence features stone exteriors, slate rooflines, cathedral ceilings, and custom millwork. Truly a dreamy chateau built in 1991, I love working on homes in this area, each one has a unique craftsmanship that adds to this historic neighborhood.
Scope of Work
The clients were looking for a refresh through the main entertaining rooms, the rooftop suite, and in the kids bedrooms. Sourcing family friendly pieces is always a nice challenge, you have to ensure the furniture is durable, breathable, and most of all cozy. Always a treat to work in this area, a little slice of paradise.
